Limited Warranty
1. Warranty Coverage
Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited warrants the products provided against any manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months “six months” from the date of original purchase.
2. Warranty Conditions
This limited warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be purchased from an authorized Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited dealer or reseller.
- The product must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of warranty service.
3. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to, scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
- Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, or other natural disasters.
- Products that have been repaired or modified by anyone other than Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited or an authorized service provider.
4. Remedies
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited will, at its sole discretion, either:
- Repair the defective product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
- Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product that is equivalent to the original product.
- Refund the purchase price of the defective product.
5. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please contact us using this link. You may be required to provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- A detailed description of the defect.
- The defective product for inspection.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product, even if Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
Return and Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited, Shrishailya bunglow, Polt no. 73A, Sahakar Vrinda Society, Lane no. 14, Ramkrishna Paramhans Nagar, Kothrud, Pune – 38, INDIA.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Spyzzer, accessible from www.spyzzer.in
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase then you may return the product within 7 days of the date on which You received the Goods.
The goods being returned should be returned in the original packaging and the goods should be in the original condition and should not be damaged.
In order to exercise Your right to return, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement by contacting us.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 working days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods in acceptable condition. Banking charges may apply for customers outside of India.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The Goods are in an acceptable condition, i.e. these are in the original condition as received by you, unused and not damaged
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale/offers cannot be refunded.
Freight Policy
Inbound Freight: All incoming goods should be freight paid by the sender. Any goods without freight paid will not be accepted by us, under any circumstances. This is applicable in case of warranty as well as sales return.
Outbound Freight: We assure that outbound freight will be covered by us for all shipments.
Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will inform you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Free Shipping: Available anywhere in India.
International Shipping: Shipping charges for international buyers will be calculated added to the proforma invoice.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email, containing your tracking number(s), once your order has been shipped. The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
In case of shipping outside of India, Spyzzer Engineering Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If in case you receive any goods in a damaged condition, then contact us within 4 hrs to report such damages along with the tracking number(s).
Changes to these Terms & Conditions
We may update Our Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page.
We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms & Conditions.
You are advised to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms & Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.
